Return Policy - If you are not completely satisfied with our product you can return or exchange the item in the original packaging within 30 days from taking delivery (Does not apply to 3D Printed or Urethane Cast Parts). Simply complete the form below and tell us why you were not completely satisfied. Please reference your original order number, purchase date, and place of sale in the message section of the form. We will exchange your product or credit your card for the original purchase price minus shipping & handling costs. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return materials authorization number. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. The item must be returned in its entirety in new/unused condition in the original packaging as it was originally shipped. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the product in the condition stated above. The buyer is responsible for carrier insurance and tracking related to the return shipment. 3DSI is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
Warranty - The product is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase (Does not apply to 3D Printed or Urethane Cast Parts). Scratches and chipped coating from normal use are not covered under this warranty. All other parts that have visible wear from normal use are not covered. Returns will not be accepted without a valid return materials authorization number. The warranty return process will be handled on a case by case basis depending on what part has failed. Simply complete the form below and tell us what is wrong with the product (reference your original order number, purchase date, and place of sale in the correspondence).
Shipping - This product only ships within the continental united states (excludes Hawaii & Alaska). Expedited shipping is available upon request at customers expense.
